We've got a spacious front & back yard with so many options like throwing a football, frisbee, playing corn-hole, enjoying a beautiful campfire area roasting marshmallow, Hot tub, grill, outdoor table and chairs, plus beautiful game room in the 2 car garage with lots of board & card games for everyone to enjoy.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the detached garage building. You will not be sharing the property with anyone else during your stay.

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Hunting on the property

5) No fireworks on the property

6) $250 Pet fee will apply per pet. Please notify us of all pets when booking.

7) Please specify accurate guest count and notify us if that number changes as extra guest fees plus service fee and taxes apply.

8)  No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.

9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If  you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.

10) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slip and slides are allowed, but you can't use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.
