They ‘supposedly’ upgraded us since being a gold member to a better room. Yes; it was on the top floor but the rooms were extremely dated. The signature rooms are the more modern ones which I changed to on the second and third night. The rooms were cold because they don’t turn on the heat setting if the current temperature isn’t below a certain *c.

Excellent location. Although it seems like an old hotel, the place is clean and well organized. A good size too…not to small. Next to starbucks, pacific coffee, pret a manger and marks and spencer. Very concenient. Will visit again. Very close to convention center
