We transferred to this hotel after our Disneyland Hotel stay. And if you are coffee addict like me note that they don't provide a coffee machine but the good thing is there's Starbucks @ the mall 2 flights up. And the mall has lots of dining options and shopping.

Can’t charge expenses to room made this not an ideal place to stay for business. Inexperienced front desk staff, all rest of the hotel staffs are friendly and somewhat helpful. Super convenient location as it’s connected to Moko mall and the MTR! We love the family room as it has an excellent view of the city and it is clean with a modern look. There’s a swimming pool and jacuzzi with a family changing room with shower facility. A pity the jacuzzi was closed while we were there.

The location was excellent. It’s connected to MOKO mall and close to street shops which was very convenient with plenty of restaurants and stores for all our needs. The MTR station was just below MOKO mall. The only downside was that the pool was under renovation and when they opened on the last day of our stay, the jacuzzi was still not ready to use. We also had a leak from our bathrooom ceiling which they addressed immediately. We asked for a later check out time, which they granted. We are overall very satisfied with our stay and will stay here again.

The hotel staff are polite and courteous and easy to deal with. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Will definitely come back again!
