Staying for six nights but the maids only clean and tidy the room for three nights🙂.
No information when asked about the direction travel to sightseeing,
No map or any suggestions
Was first given a dirty room (hair all over the carpet, stains on sheets) and then relocated to another room which was again dirty. Finally was given a cleaner room however it was not what we had booked (Sea View) and was cheaper than what we had paid. Couldn't get a refund for the difference in price of the rooms.
Stale musty smell in our room , coming from under bathroom sink. Old towel wrapped around leaky water heater under the sink.
Long steep driveway and stairs leading up to hotel, hard to maneuver bags up.
Had breakfast in hotel restaurant, staff is incredibly rude to foreigners. Very little to no service. No one understood English. There are many English speaking travelers staying there.
the room is old and run down. No wifi in the room. No furniture except the bed and table for the tv and one small chair. They didn't even provide a bar soap. The hotel entrance is horrible. You have to haul the luggage up a steep slope, then haul it down a long flight of stairs.

I think this is the one of the best hotels on this
This hotel is old and service is bad. I don't understand why I need to ask for hair dryer for a hotel cost me $1500/night. 4* hotel cost with B&B service. Many B&B in Cheung Chau is cheaper and better than this. Not recommended.
Location of teh hotel was really nice. Opening the doors to the balcony and having breakfast outlooking the water was really nice.
The hotel is outdated. Fridge and bathroom wasn't clean and what made me wonder about the tidyness of the rest of the room.
There is a helicopter platform next to the hotel. Wakes you up in the middle of the night.
