Bad customer service
We booked this place because it included free garage parking. Upon arrival, we went to the front desk and was told to go to the 4th floor to see the property manager. There was no one there and an envelope was pinned to a cork board with instructions and code to get into the room which was off-putting and said parking pass will be in the room. There was no parking pass. We called the number listed but no one answered and texted the emergency # and were told they ran out of the pass but will get us one tomorrow. Nothing the next day and the next 2 days and when we texted, Melissa told us that the number is her personal cell & to not text her. Room was decent, good location but management was horribly unprofessional. We got a parking refund in the end but between elevators that we had to wait for 10-20min to ride and bad customer service, we'd stay somewhere else next time.3 stars is for the location and room.
