I loved the property and my room was breathtaking. I was not appreciative of the young lady who waited on me at the restaurant but I hope they spoke to her about it and she does better in the future! I learned some very important things to keep in mind while traveling abroad BE OVERLY PREPARED and never carry cash. It just makes things a lot easier and if something is going on with you, get someone to help you go over your itinerary to ensure you don't miss anything! Enjoy this property and it's location because it is beautiful. Safe Travels

We came to the Kaimana Beach Hotel for our honeymoon and were greeted with amazing hospitality and a complimentary bottle of champagne with a kind note. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and helpful throughout the stay. We can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back in the future!

Room was only fair, dirty balcony with pigeon droppings, hallways were dingy & tired - looking, kitchen was only open for lunch & dinner, no breakfast options except for tiny coffee shop. Restaurant menu very limited, but fish sandwich was surprisingly quite good, as was service there and at front desk.

Staff very helpful. Everything worked. Beach is right out the door, so don’t have to cross the street. Out of the crowded area at Waikiki, but easily walkable to Waikiki restaurants,,etc. Beach is in shade in the morning, if you don’t want to over do the sun.

Our room is on the third floor and you could only get there by going upstairs. It’s a very old hotel. There is no ice or coffee. I asked for a coffee maker because it’s unheard of to not be able to have coffee in your room, but they had no other machines available so they gave us a couple of coupons to the coffee shop, I prefer to make my coffee in my room early in the morning and not have to go out for it, but the staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. They tried hard but the facility needs upgrades and better services.

There’s hidden fees and nobody explained that before. When you leave the hotel they charge daily so many fees . Also the staff make you wait forever for seats at the restaurant, meanwhile there are so many seats available. Even when you make a reservation you still wait for no reason .Very poor service !!! Is so far from being a 4 or 5 star hotel . A lot of issues around the area as well . I would give 1 star

It’s very much all hype. The lobby is the best part. Our room on the 3rd floor was an unfinished design mess. Literally looked like forgot to finish putting the room together. It’s a great location the restaurant is fun- they’re lucky they have that.

The staff was superb in meeting our needs and wants. The hotel was nice and clean. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. The location was within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants.
