Expedia says check in was 2pm. When I got to the property I was told it had been changed to 3pm and just hadnā€™t been updated online. I was charged $30 extra for early check in. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was impossible to sleep as the rooms arenā€™t truly soundproof and all I could hear was doors slamming repeatedly. Maybe I just had a bad room location.

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff is wonderful, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and pristinely clean and comfortable. If I could, I would give this Quality Inn a 10 about the 5 star rating. The indoor pool area is quite nice too.Q out

The stay was ok. I woke up on Sunday morning to hit the road home dealing with yelling/screaming/children crying/pot smell in hallway. The checkout experience was okay just never got a receipt due to it being 3rd party reservation. Fridge really didnā€™t work all that well. Overall not impressed.

It was horrible.When we arrived we had todays booked and paid for my duaughter pure had been stolen prior and didnt have ID so we was asked to leave because she didnt wouldnt even let me and my grand child stay so we had to find another place to stay so they transfer our money to Holiday Inn and Suites Convention Center it was wonderful Best hambuger and Stawberry Margaritas ever. Staff was 5 star along with there cornhole and 3 holes of golf....

We stopped after a long, hot, day of working, then driving halfway home. It fit the bill. The staff was great, the breakfast was adequate, the room was clean, and the hotel was quiet.

The receptionist at front desk was very personable and polite. The room was fantastic, very comfortable. I only used it as a night drop but was very nice.

Great GREAT customer service
Excellent stay! Very comfy beds, poofy pillows that you sink into. Abby (front desk) was BEYOND outstanding. So so Friendly! ONLY complaint was the lack of choices for breakfast (waffles, yougart, toast & 2 boring choices of cereal). BUT Iā€™d definitely stay here again
