Mostly good on balance
The hotel was very clean and convenient for the purpose of our trip. The restaurant was very good. Though it would be better if an express breakfast with adequate nutrition was available for people like us who have very early flights from Gatwick. I really don’t get the duvet thing. If I used the duvet, I was too hot; if I threw it off, I was too cold. Why not provide a top flat sheet, so guests have options. I eventually reached inside the duvet and stuffed the thick part into the center of the bed and slept under the cover.
