It was so easy to get to using Gatwick Hopper bus service. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean. Felt a lot better than other budget hotel. But cheaper! Very Happy

The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in.
“I stayed at this hotel after a long flight, feeling drained and overheated. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and even the carpet felt amazing under my tired feet. A hot shower refreshed me, and the bed—hands down the comfiest I’ve ever slept in—gave me the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had. I even had to note the mattress and bedding to replicate it at home! Breakfast was sensational, with plenty of options, and the shuttle service to and from the door was seamless. 10/10, highly recommend!”

We arrived to our room, in which the bathroom had stains over (we wiped them clean with a baby wipe) our cot bed then turned up, when we put our daughter asleep, 5 mins later, she was screaming, the cot bed had a huge snap in a wooden plate (prior to us having it, causing her bruising on her face.

Most of the staff never smiled and clearly were annoyed whenever we interacted (e.g. registration, breakfast). In addition, there was only one towel in our room booked for 2 persons. And when we asked about help with the room safe, the reception said no one was available (instead we handed over our valuables at the reception where a safe was made available).

Comfortable stay, great staff, car parking
Arrived tired after an evening flight and was greeted very warmly. We were checked in very quickly and within a few mins I was relaxing in a very comfortable bed. Good car parking, great location. Breakfast has an excellent choice. This will be our hotel of choice whenever in area or going from gatwick.

The rooms are standard. But the food at the restaurant were fantastic, and service was superb! Norman at the restaurant made sure we had everything we needed, followed up on orders, and gave good recommendations from the menu. Would definitely stay here again :)
