Come experience the undeniable charm of a custom built tiny house.Part beach cottage, part woodland cabin. You will feel like a kid at camp. This tiny house lives large for all seasons. Custom tile shower and upstairs spacious enough for a king size bed. Wake up & enjoy your coffee on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset with a view of lake Hamilton. A private court yard offers a charcoal grill and the fun of an outdoor shower. This beautiful doll house has been carefully planned and built using reclaimed timbers & historic brick pavers. Decorated with every attention to detail. Kitchen area provides fridge with freezer, microwave, full size coffee maker, as well as electric skillet. Other cooking implements available by request. Come play in our quaint but active town of historic Hot Springs. So much to do, so much to see. We also have a splendid loft apartment available on our adjoining property. The tiny experience
Marlena you have done it again with this tiny house. My husband and I stayed for our Birthday. Peaceful, quiet, clean and beautiful. We had a fantastic time Thank you again. We will definitely be back!

Never again
I booked this house for my son and his wife for a short honeymoon/getaway. Immediately upon arrival the a/c wasn’t working in July. The host came out and said she “rectified” the situation. It still wasn’t working. They were not able to get it to work so my son had to find another place to stay. I requested a refund (they were there approx 3 hours). She would not refund the entire amount owed.

Great experience in this tiny home!
You owe it to yourself to spend some time here, it’s perfect for a quick little getaway. Just far enough to be secluded yet close enough to enjoy the town. It’s extremely cozy, would stay again.

The prefect quaint getaway!
This tiny house was exactly as advertised and PERFECT for my 2 day trip to see the eclipse. Beautiful views of the water, quirky and eclectic style, and close enough to Hot Springs to not be a long drive (yet still out of the way). I met Marlena, who lives nearby, and she was kind, helpful, and very personable. I would definitely stay here again!

Unique Place to Stay
This was our first time in a Tiny House and it was a fun and unique experience. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor living area due to the cooler temperatures, so we will be back during warmer weather. Put this one on your bucket list, it’s a great place!

Creative Perfection
Perfection! The beauty of the home, so wonderfully designed, was such a treat!! The place is so quiet and peaceful with a wonderful view of the water. The outside courtyard area was lovey and a great place for morning coffee. The comfy front porch chairs were great for relaxing and reading. The home is close to town for dining out and close to the beautiful Lake Ouachita, where we rented a boat for the day. It was the most perfect weekend getaway to recharge. Marlena was a perfect host & very responsive to my messages. We’re definitely doing this again!!

Cozy perfect getaway!
Everything about the cozy 2 story cottage was perfect! Beautiful inside and outdoor deck to sit on or open curtains to see the water. Owner lives beside it in case you need anything! Bathroom is downstairs and bedroom upstairs along with tv. It was perfect for a couple!

What a cute quaint house! The owners were fabulous! The house was perfect warm and inviting! The bed was comfortable. The location was close to everything but kind of hidden away so I felt like you got the best of both worlds! I would love to come back and stay ! It's perfect for one or two people.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this cozy tiny home. The view was beautiful and the hosts were super genuine and pleasant to speak with. The location was just far enough outside of town to be peaceful but close enough to run in and enjoy all Hot Springs has to offer. Would certainly recommend this location for anyone visiting.

Beautiful Tiny Home!
My husband and I had such an amazing time staying in this beautiful tiny home! The home literally looks like it could be in a magazine! There is so much character to each room, it will brighten up anyone's day! The shower was my favorite, the beautiful tiles on the walls and shower space! It was extremely clean and the location is VERY peaceful, surrounded by trees and the water! You can enjoy a cup of coffee out back or on the balcony and see the mountains afar! It was exactly the getaway that we needed! Marlena was absolutely wonderful! She responded so quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us! She is a blessing! I can't wait to come back to Hot Springs again! Our anniversary weekend was perfect! Thank you!

Great “little” House
Everything you could need was packed into this home. It was tastefully decorated with such attention to details! It was located very well for checking out the Hot Springs area and we received some terrific suggestions from the host of places to visit that were not on our list, but should have been. An excellent experience all around.
