Fisherman’s Paradise
Exactly what we were looking for. Clean and functional. Very nicely decorated but very livable! My main concern was the single window unit at the back of the condo on the opposite end from the bedroom. I am very hot natured. I brought a fan just in case! It was not needed!! Wow! Even had to turn the thermostat up and turn the fan speed down! It got chilly!! In the middle of July! We loved being steps from the boardwalk and being able to go out at any time to fish! We especially enjoyed watching the shooting stars! The location was ideal! Close to “all the things” but far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. Getting to the condo will have you questioning if you are going the right way, but once you come and go a couple of times, you won’t have any problems. We lived it and hope to come back soon!

Perfect little spot
Easy to find and perfect little spot for our one night stay! Way better than any hotel! Super clean and bed was very comfortable! We got in late and loved they had two bottles of water for us! Thanks again!

Lovely Condo - Hiccup Chocking In
We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful, very comfortable bed. It was a quick one night stay but we plan to return for a long weekend. Poor cell service made things difficult when we had a hiccup with check in (detailed email didn’t reach us) Our fault for not alerting the host before midnight when we arrived but with poor cell service we had to back track until we could get service to reach out for help. The host was very helpful once we reached her.

Short but sweet
This is a very nice unit, very modern and exceptionally clean, just right for the two of us. The bed was both large and very comfortable and all the furnishings were top notch and in excellent condition. Even though we did not get to use the outside area due to rain, the location is great, right on the river with a seating area and firepit. Add in the fact that the complex has a secure entry gate, it is a first floor unit with parking right outside and you have the perfect setup for us. I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend to friends and family.

Couple’s getaway
Everything was perfect! The ac did have a hard time cooling the bedroom as it’s in the other end of the condo, but the fan really helped to circulate the air and it was comfortable. We kept the curtains to the back patio closed except in the mornings as it helped keep it cooler. Debbie was wonderful with sending us recommendations and answering any questions I had! We will definitely be back!

We were headed back to Texas after a wedding in Tennessee and decided to stop for a few days of R & R. Condo was very clean. Plenty of towels. Comfy bed. I was a little concerned about to being too warm with only the window unit in the Living Room but it was comfortable. We travel with a fan so that helped in the bedroom. We loved Hot Springs and hope to visit again!

The condo was the perfect place for me and my husband! We loved waking up at sitting on the deck overlooking the beautiful river! Only about 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs.

LOVED: -Décor was very well done -Extremely clean (immaculate!) -Plenty of dishes/silverware/cooking items -River view is amazing (literally right outside the back door) -Keurig coffee maker -Memory foam bed and comfortable bedding -Neighborhood cat that greeted us us each morning -Plenty of towels THINGS TO CONSIDER (based on individual preference): -You can hear conversations through the wall very clearly if someone is renting on either side, slamming of cabinet doors, stomping from upstairs etc. -Main TV did not have a guest setting for streaming (bedroom TV did) -Takes about 15 minutes to get to decent shopping and restaurants. Not an issue for us, but may be a consideration for others. We gave this 4 stars because while absolutely immaculate and beautiful, the noise from the joining condos was surprisingly loud. We could hear conversations clearly, it was like they were in the next room (insulation might help this issue). Several boats also went by with loud music so these factors didn't make it as peaceful as we had hoped. This is not the owners fault of course, but still affected our stay somewhat, esp for my wife who is noise sensitive. Perhaps it wouldn't be as bad during the off season, but we concluded a single dwelling rental will be best next time.
