You'll love this updated, centrally located lakefront condo with gorgeous water views from every room!!! Relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful views...from the couch, bed, or patio--you decide where! This condo features one bedroom with a king sized bed and new Serta sleeper mattress AND 2 full sized bathrooms which makes getting ready quickly a breeze. The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, while the master en suite bathroom features a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. With Oaklawn, many restaurants, and downtown Hot Springs within minutes, you're sure to enjoy yourself here!! The large swim dock is wonderfulā€¦tie a float up to itā€¦lay back and relaxā€¦or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal ā€œon the waterā€. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.

***Please be aware that the living room sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa and does NOT pull out into a bed. It is a full sized 3 cushion sofa that will sleep one person comfortably.***

***An electric twin sized blow up mattress is available upon request and can be left in the condo for use during your stay. Please let the owner know when booking if you will need this item.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2024. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2025. The lake is scheduled to be lowered 3ft.*** This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***

Property was nicely located & quiet. Other than the goose that made his/her rounds the following morning. The power also went off in the middle of the night but that's not the fault of the homeowner.

Our stay was very nice and had a absolutely beautiful patio view!My only complaint would be there was no lighting at the entrance, along with a huge hill that is extremely difficult and I feel dangerous to come onto the property. Also the railing was new and had untreated rails and we both got splinters trying to hold on the railing. My only other issue would be not getting andy prior notification of the constant construction starting at 7 AM! There were nails all over and

A Rest Haven

The place was clean. The neighborhood was quiet which is what I prefer and the neighbors were friendly. Distance to restaurants and attractions were short! The view is lovely from the condos. I caught good sunrises and sunsets. You can get a broader view of sunsets by going right across the street to Bubba's. Oh and the Vault restaurant was excellent in fine dining recommended by host. I went there for my 50th and it was top notch.

The right choice

The place was as described. No surprises. The condo was very clean, well stocked, well maintained, and the communication binder was up to date with clear instructions. The semi- private patio on the water is a total delight. Lots of sun, birds and breezes. The host was quick to assist when the power knocked out the internet and contacted the service provider right away to help. I really enjoyed my stay.

Peaceful sanctuary

Softball weekend

We found this little gem on VRBO and would recommend it to anyone needing a nice spot close to everything! Our two younger kids play travel softball so we stay out of town a lot, but this was our first Hot Springs stay. It did not disappoint!!

We really enjoyed our stay. One thing that I did not know was that there were stairs. As senior adults it was strenuous to climb the stairs but we managed. Will I stay again? Yes.

Perfect Place
