Loved the bathroom. The room itself was clean but seemed a little tired. I did like the lamps, tv and the keurig. The breakfast was also good, and the pool looked amazing.

Poor attention and low variety on food.
Where to start. Gym was closed due to A/C problems. Stayed a week and it was closed all week after being told Monday it would be open Tuesday. Breakfast has no variety and is basic eggs and sausage patties every day. They had to be told three days in a week they have no plastic forks or spoons. Should be a daily check item. I donā€™t care about the remodel going on thatā€™s just a thing but the rest of the service was poor based on basic standards. Will not ever stay in this one again.

Nice for the price. Renovations ongoing. Would stay again. Staff was professional. Good breakfast. Close to Kemah, but not the Kemah prices. A solid hotel!

The room was dirty and did not reflect the pictures. The AC did not work well and the room did not get under 74 degrees. The breakfast was subpar at best. The eggs looked old, there was no fruit, and only 2 yogurts in the fridge. I would not stay at this location again.

I would never stay here again. The smell is a combination of musty odor and a heavy, floral carpet powder. The TV didn't work in one room, so they did move us to another room. The new room had the same bad odor. There was a huge cockroach in my shoe the next morning. The continental breakfast was either wiped out or never stocked to begin with. I check ratings before staying somewhere. This hotel had a decent rating, but it didn't match up.

Great Customer Service
The customer service was great, and they were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. They were doing some remodeling on our floor, so it was a little dust, but it was okay. My only complaint was with housekeeping, we left our room on Saturday they came in emptied the trash and took the dirty towels and left us one clean towel for four people. I'm not sure if they were supposed to make the beds or not but they didn't. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.
