Its a nice hotel but just not for us.
Pros: Property was nice i give it that and Staff was even friendly. Cons: To the hubby and I the crowd was for much younger ppl it seemed to us. It was a bunch of teenagers the entire weekend making a bunch of noise. The carpet had holes in it along the wall by the bed. There is NO self parking, you have to valet 47.00+ taxes a night. This was a relaxation trip for us so we never left the hotel but had to pay for valet for a weekend stay-cation. The restaurants inside or slow with mediocre food. The AC didn't work properly in the room and we were burning up at night sweating in our sleep & to top it off its right by the medical center. So much traffic, No stores or restaurants close by so we just ordered uber eats to deliver to us over the entire weekend. Its not a place we would be coming back to.

Food at the blossom restaurant was delicious, however I was served bacon and Ham on my sandwich after letting them know I was allergic, I brought it up to the attention of the manager Tamika and she was awesome, she made it right and made sure I was satisfied and assured me they would look into the communication breakdown

We enjoyed our stay but I specifically booked this hotel because we wanted ri end our vacation with a couples massage. The website allowed us to book a massage on a week day and called us same day to tell us that they can only accommodate the couples massage on a weekend. That was a major disappointment
