We got to our king room for 300 plus dollars. Told us they couldn’t help us cause we went through y’all. Ac didn’t work for over a hr and then our tv didn’t work. So they gave us a queen room. Didn’t compt me for that told me again cause I used y’all. Also when that happened I had two sweaters in the old room and one was stolen and didn’t help me there either. So it was horrible. Valet didn’t work ever. Couldn’t get my truck ready had to stand for 15 mins at a time. Just a bad deal and the hotel didn’t do anything to help us at all.

The hotel was very unique and posh and aesthetically pleasing. I was in town for the Texans v. Ravens game on Christmas and the hotel actually provided transport to and from the stadium. A bit of a wait but you can’t beat that kind of service! A few reservation hick ups that management resolved expeditiously. Will definitely stay here again and recommend. I generally stay with Marriott or Hyatt when traveling but think I have found a new boutique hotel I will be happy to stay in again.

There was no self-parking, only valet and the price was more than advertised when I arrived. Also, the bedding in my room didn’t smell clean, it had a musty scent on it. The only highlight during my stay at the Blossom was at check-in with Patrice. She was able to get me checked in early and had excellent customer service. Thanks
