The Expedia ad versus the website is very different. Room was very small, the toilet was running and we reported it after arriving, it wasn’t fixed until the next day.Couldn't sleep with running toilet. The lounge area was the nicest thing about the hotel. 2/4 treadmills was working and when I asked about the additional nearby workout center listed on the Expedia ad, they hotel staff didn’t know what I was talking about. Table 7 restaurant was good too. Staff was Friendly but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was good since it's walking distance to everything. The complimentary water bottles were also a plus, and the staff was very accommodating. The only problems with the room however were that the room was extremely dusty and the bathroom smelled of bleach. The housekeeping staff also required Google Translate.

This hotel is very old & dated. While the lobby is nice, our rooms was not. The carpet is dirty, the bathrooms are older and smelled funny. We also have bumps from bug bites after our stay. We looking around but didn’t physically see any so also very concerning. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at club quarters- I was alone and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful- welcoming you every time you entered or left! Looking after luggage etc. Easy to walk to the convention I attended and lots of eating places within 5-6 blocks! Room was nearby the elevator so easy to find! But very quiet- Hotel seemed to have a younger set of guests. Free coffee and a great diner attached serving great American breakfasts and good coffee
