The momemt we walked in there was a foul smell, i immediately checked the beds and there are bed bugs and roaches on th floor snd walls just crawling. My family and I got out faster than we came in and thankfully the hotem refunded us and they did not seemed surprised as if they already know about it.

Immediately upon entering the property I noticed that nothing appeared to represent the photos online. At checkin I inquired about pool and laundry areas, and was told that they did not have either. Disappointing as a truck driver. I was given my keys and went to the elevator which was dirty and had broken components. As I walked down the hall I could smell smoke as if others had smoked cigarettes. This was supposed to be a smoke free building. Once I entered the room I was very dissatisfied with the overall appearance and smell. I walked over to the bed and saw bed bugs and a roach on the wall! I immediately left and requested a refund which was granted without any question which is probably because they are very aware of the condition! Purpose of this review is to save others from wasting time and money! DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!! FYI at checkin I overheard the person in front of me request another room because the one she had been assigned didnā€™t have a TVā€¦ yeah itā€™s that type of place.

Smoke detector "chirping" requested batteries twice! Saw the small roach, then the big one! Stains on sheets! Booked this hotel because it advertised airport shuttle, NO Shuttle! Missed flight this morning trying to get a ride to airport!

Too tired to leave right away
Checked in at 2 am due to a late flight. Desk guy was not especially cheerful but thatā€™s understandable in the middle of the night. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we saw bugs on the bathroom floor scurry from the light. If we hadnā€™t been so tired, would have left right away. Bed was uncomfortable so we might as well left. Made a reservation elsewhere 1st thing next morning & checked out.

There were roaches and mold the price was 107 and they charged 140 at the desk to get an extra day they even had roaches by the breakfast.

Unfriendly front desk lady. Bumps hang in front of the hotel drinking alcohol I'm sleeping in the lobby. The carpet inside is so smelly and cleaned. The room roaches inside the room and the bathroom Very dirty towels. I Travel. across country. I've never seen as filthy as this place. I will never recommend anybody to go to this playes.
