Location was perfect. The breakfast was good for a hotel. All of the staff was polite. I think the shuttle should run 24/7. There were several people who needed transportation and the shuttle wasn't available.

It was great until the elevator stop working,my husband has bad needs and copd which neans he can't walk far, imagine having to climb the stairs, I think we should be offered half of our payment for the inconvenience, packing bags and luggage downstairs as well as up, ruined our little get away

Property was fine for a quick overnight stay during a long layover. I called ahead of time to verify that there was a shuttle available. Hotel is 4 miles from airport. I was told to get to pick up location at airport THEN call. I was told it’d be a 20 minute wait. Then was hung up on by reception. Then after 20 minutes I called back. Was told there was a delay because of “traffic” there was no traffic. Finally after an hour wait we were picked up and taken to the hotel. We had to be back to the airport by 5:30 the next morning. By the time we checked in and got to our room it was 11. (We had landed at 8:30). The hotel is nice enough, but would suggest getting an Uber if you want to avoid waiting a long time for a shuttle.

We needed something close to the airport for a layover and this worked but not sure I’d stay again. They didn’t have good dining and most food was out of their market place. The bed looked like someone had napped and then left it that way, it was made but the pillows had clear indentations where someone was laying against them. The bathroom had long black hairs in it, but was clean otherwise. Not super comfortable beds. Staff were nice!

No help managing hurricane disaster
I've been asked to review this hotel, but I actually did not stay there. Why? Because there was this hurricane. I couldn't get there because my flights were canceled. I had tried to cancel the reservation. But because no one knew where the hurricane was going, I didn't know until the day before. I have to say that the hotels.com automated bot was not very helpful. And although I did send a text message to the hotel as directed. I'm sure that it didn't go through because their phones were out. Their internet was out and their power was out. I still have no idea if I'm going to get charged a night stay for a hotel that was probably not open and which I could not get to. I wish that all of the sites in the travel industry were a little bit better about helping you deal with what was going to happen.
