Wouldn’t stay here again. Toilet was broken , room service took a long time to come whenever a request was sent to clean the bathroom or for more towels, everyday the bedding was re- made with the same sheets , and the elevators were either broken or moving extremely slow

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast in the restaurant is nice. Two things we didn’t like, the parking garage gate was a hassle to get in and out of and the trash. People leaving trash cause they don’t pick up after themselves.

I liked the parking garage. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was very tasty. But the elevators had issues.they should have called the fire department to get their elevators fixed. Room decor needed a pop of color. The pool needs renovation too. It’s ugly

The keys for the room they initially assigned to me did not work. I went up and down to the front desk 4-5 times because the key did not work. On the 4 try the maintenance man came with me and also another person on a different floor because the key did not work. The man change the batteries on the swiper 3 times however it still did not work. I went back down and asked for a different room . The first key did not work but the second key did! This time the security guard came with thimk

The food in the restaurant for breakfast was pitiful. Denny's is far superior to what they served there. Food was cold, dried out and just not good. I had shrimp tacos one night and the grease that ran out of them filled the bottom of the dish. I have stayed in Crown Plaza hotels in Kuwait and compared to this one they were a 10 and this one was a minus 5.
