It’s not the full service Fairfield hotel. Pared down version of it. Rooms were muggy and badly smelling like mold throughout. Large stains on carpets. Minimal breakfast items with a small sitting area. Trash strewn over the property.

I enjoyed my stay. Deon at the front desk was awesome. Gresy customer service. What I didn't like was when I got there, no king beds were available. I had to get a double which cost an additional $97.00. I am not pleased. I was told Expedia overbooked and they would not honor my reservation with out paying extra. I loved my experience. But I wont be staying there again.

Firstly the staff was pretty rude and the building inside stunk. Still havent got my deposit back. The breakfast was a joke! Be prepared to eat offsite. Waffle maker was broken and the eggs were horrible. Meat options were cold. Coffee was ok. The room was damp feeling and when we woke up my shirt, that was hanging up, was even damp. They gave us two towels for four people so we had to go get some more. Overall would never stay here again and would not recommend. It is a good price for a reason unfortunately.

Front desk staff was amazing, very courteous and respectful. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were very clean. Area it’s a safe area of town and didn’t have to worry about any crime. Only down part is there are not any restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed one night at this hotel. The breakfast was poor, sometimes when there was no breakfast, the guests were too crowded and there was no extra breakfast, and there was a parking fee of three USD, while my wife had to pay that night. When I went to my friend's house, she took the car and didn't leave it at the hotel.

Not impressed
It was convenient location to be close to the stadium for a soccer match. Unfortunately this location did not hold up to Marriott standards at least for what I have seen in other Marriotts. Staff was very engaged within themselves and engaging their guest or helping the only one staff for the breakfast area. The staff member for the breakfast are was very slow to refill and did not get out enough supply she will refill one by one the items and it felt like there was nothing to choose from. The waffle station did not have any oil to ensure the waffles will not stick and it seemed that they didn’t want people using the machine. This location would benefit to have bilingual staff as this city soon will be the host of major soccer tournaments and will have to accommodate to different standards and diversity. The building and rooms need major upgrade, bathroom had rusted doors and ceiling. Very unfortunate for the Marriott Brand.
