The staff was rude and didnā€™t share their names. One made a copy of my passport which I want to be destroyed. I asked for a different room after having a leaky toilet. I also noticed roaches crawling around.

I liked that I felt safe and there were stores in walking distance. I didn't like that I wasn't told that the rooms didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. My toilet didn't flush, had to pour water in it to flush.
