The staff are not happily employed and should seek other industries, like shoelace retipping or something that doesn’t have customer interaction. Costco graveyard floor sweeping is another good option.

The staff was very happy very acknowledge of the area we did get in late cuz of the flight but they were amazing, especially last min booking due to a flight delay and changes of flight. Thank you so much late night staff you guys were amazing.❤️

They stole my money. I made a reservation, and they were overbooked, they sent me away. Then they charged me for the full stay anyway!! Afterwards!! Two days after they said they had no rooms and I got a different hotel, they charged me. The full amount, saying I was a “no show” then they said in their “notes” I was offered an “upgrade” which I was not. Pure theft and robbery.

Called to make sure I was going to have airport shuttle upon my late arrival. I was assured there would be one. But upon arrival, I had to pay for Uber. Other than that, everything was ok

It's always quiet, friendly staff, good guests, clean rooms, makes a nice stay... I didn't like the swimming pool cause the water was green and idk why guests were actually swimming in it, The water in the room was off and when it came on it was yucky for quite some time I feel that ALL the rooms should at least have a microwave and fridge the price is high enough that it should accommodate They need to bring back the waffle maker for the lil breakfast...

When I walked in 911 called the receptionist 3 times, it seems that I was profiled which is kinda racist. I asked the receptionist and they said they didn’t know why 911 was calling but the operator clearly stated that they received a call from the phone number.
