Hotel is under renovations. Front desk was a folding table in a room on the 1st floor. On the 2nd day of our stay, water started coming out of the ceiling light fixture in the shower and we could not use the shower.

We were unaware of a $25 charge to PARK at the hotel, even though we already paid for our room, we had go pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel?!! Absolutely stupid. They did not mention that to us until after we were paying. Then they hold $40 for “accidentals” then they give you pack $15 since they charge $25 to park. The hotel is under construction, also not noted anywhere and the whole first level was a complete mess. Will never stay there again. Bed had a box spring. Not comfortable. But was clean.

Review Title: Disappointing Stay Due to Multiple Issues** My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The property is still under renovation, which significantly impacted our experience. Our toilet was clogged upon arrival, and our room key failed to work on three separate occasions, necessitating multiple trips to the front desk to resolve the issue. Additionally, the phone in our room was not functioning, making it difficult to communicate with the staff. Overall, this was not a good place to stay and I cannot recommend it at this time.

Nice stay.
Good hotel. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Place needed some updating but was clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities in the room. Unfortunately we were there during a hurricane so the last day was difficult having to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs in the dark.

One day of our 3 day stay, the hotel was out on power and water. Almost 4 hours without either water or power and hotel staff made it difficult so give answers on refunds or anything. The hotel itself was clean and comfy though.
