We had an issue with the shuttle but Mahogany and her colleague went out of their way to save face, (providing meals to us after a exhausting flight)hotel’s customer service is stellar and they truly believe in service recovery

We got a fabulous rate and the room and facilities are what you'd expect from the Hilton brand. Proximity to airport yet low noise is a big plus. Brad at the front desk did not skip a beat -- very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
