More than the property amenities, I commend the staff who have all been so gracious and efficient considering they all just got hit by Beryl. Gross. Disgusting. The carpet in my room was greasy. The walls were stained. The bathroom was gross. They don’t communicate with people who have reservations booked with them after a storm takes electricity and coming from out of state, that didn’t help me. The generator went out. The water pressure was low so I couldn’t shower. It was hell staying here and their customer service to rectify the situation is trash. At this rate Hilton isn’t even reputable to me anymore. I used to hold them in high regard but I’m better off going with AirBNB. I’m so grossed out. What makes carpet greasy??????????????

Good hotel in a nice area of Houston. Extra towels in room would have been preferred. We were the the weekend of Hurricane along Beryl and the power went out along with hot water. It would be nice if the hotel had backup generators that could power the rooms also instead of just the hallways and the elevators
