Everything about this property was great, the only problem was the shower. It had little pressure and little water coming out. I was traveling for business so I was there to sleep and shower. So yeah, I docked two stars for the bad shower. Everything else was perfect, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it if they solve the shower issue.

The distance was perfect from everything within the Galleria and Westheimer area without being extremely overpriced. Room was very nice and spacious. Will definitely stay here again

The Holiday Inn did not disappoint. The parking garage elevator had a funky smell but other than that the staff was great. The front desk supervisor I believe her name was Fatima and the other agent Ericka definitely gave us top tier service.

The room was clean and modern. The hotel itself was very clean and looked new. Social hour with free appetizers and drinks was an unexpected bonus. Staff were friendly and professional. Only drawback was $25 daily parking. Location was perfect near shopping and plenty of restaurants. Would stay again.

Good place to stay!
It was a nice stay. The room was clean. The bed is comfortable. Floors were clean and not sticky. It was noisy though and there’s constant knocking fthat I hear from the room. Breakfast was superb! I didn’t like that parking wasn’t free!
