The room was decent, had no problems with it. Got a notification around 2:30am that my car was broken into. Back glass was shattered and all belongings stolen. Apparently 3 other cars had the same thing happen to them this night also. Super disappointing. Not a great area.

The first room we had on the third floor was leaking from the floor above. We changed rooms and that room had roaches. One of the roaches was dead in my food that was kept in the fridge.

Overall the hotel is nice. Close to the airport and the breakfast was pretty good. The check in process was a headache and they somehow managed to ā€œloseā€ or accidentally cancel my reservation resulting in me having to contact Expedia and experience a delay at check in that lasted nearly an hour. Once I checked in I was settling in and the power went out. After flying over 7 hours, two airports, walking and running I just wanted to take a shower and get some rest. I couldnā€™t do that and the stress it created was just unexpected and unnecessary.

Friendly staff, helpful, good breakfast, clean. Bbq Grill next to the pool. Looks like there had been some break-ins and vehicles. The day that the kids and I arrived. There was quite of broken glass in the parking lot. Luckily, The 4 1/2 days that we were there, our rental car was not vandalized.

The hotel was great and the staff were wonderful. The van for airport transfers was rather sketchy as the engine kept stalling out. The driver was apologetic about it, but it made the drive back to the airport a bit of a harrowing experience.
