Overall the experience was nice. We had a two bed suite & it was perfect. But the breakfast was also pretty decent, I wasnā€™t a fan of the sausage because it was rubbery and cold this morning. Other than that the hotel was overall GREAT.

Room 310 smelled like cat pee, had fire alarm set , someone cooking set fire,transformer broke and everything went down no air conditioning everything. Computer digital system were down so door locks were t working. There for a funeral in town would have changed hotel if I had time. Donā€™t stay there

Once we arrived, we were notified that our room we booked wasn't available (it was down for mx). They instead gave us 2 rooms, which did not have the same amenities as the original room. There was no management available for 18 hours, and the one person csr that was working the desk was not very knowledgeable about anything. Day two we went 7 hours without room keys working. It appears the hot tub was out of order, and was a weird green color.

We checked in and had to move our room due to the air conditioning sounding like a truck. Moved us to a room with a broken air conditioner. The hotel was sold out we couldnā€™t move again. It was 95 degrees in Houston and I didnt sleep due to sweating all night

The ladies on the front counter were terrific. The hottest month of the year and the pool was closed/out of action/a dirty green colour. Disappointing. Ice machines also out of order.
