For the most part my four night stay was pleasant, but there could be improvements. My shower had a bad leak, very weak stream, and lukewarm water at best. The outdoor seat area was very uncomfortable as well.

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Sanda for checking in on me daily via SMS. That was very kind of her. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but I encountered a few issues that I would like to bring to your attention. 1. Room Conditions: • My room (805) was generally fine, but I noticed that the toilet makes a lot of noise as it continuously tries to fill itself. • Additionally, the shower did not have sufficient water pressure, and the hot water was not hot enough. • After informing the front desk, I would like to request that my room be cleaned every day during my stay. 2. Restaurant Hygiene: • I encountered cockroaches in the restaurant, which raised concerns about hygiene. I reported this to the front desk, and I want to commend the staff there for being fun and quite helpful. 3. Safety Concerns: • During my stay, I had an unusual experience in the elevator when I shared it with an armed gentleman coming back from the gym. This made me feel unsafe, as I’m not accustomed to seeing guns in public spaces. I have typically stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on Sage Road in the Galleria area from 2001 until 2020, and this was my first experience at this hotel. Thank you for taking the time to address my feedback. I look forward to your response.

Older property in need of TLC. Staff was excellent/wonderful. Hyatt in order to lower their room prices has begun to charge a high amount to compensate. We'll stay where parking is free (no hidden fees).

The pull out sofa broken. Keys did not work had to get them rekeyed. TV’s did not work. Could not watch tv as all channels restricted. Maintenance could not fix TVs. Phone did not work, not labeled to know how to get message Off phone. Tub dirty. Looked like furniture was missing in bedroom (large open area between bed and window). Living room area furniture uncomfortable. Was not what I was expecting.
