Clean, well kept, but not what is pictured on hote

Hotel was nice. Clean. But hotels.com showed a suite with a seperate room with 2 beds and than a living room with pull out sofa. When i got to my room it was just 1 big room with a sofa and 2 beds all together. When i went to talk to front desk they explained they do not have a room anything like that. Very dissapointing. Bed was not comfortable. Very clean hotel. Very close to airport. But not what i paid for.

I recently stayed here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was dusty, the sheets had stains, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was also a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. The noise from other guests and the street kept me awake all night. The neighborhood did not feel safe, and I noticed a lack of adequate security measures. I believe the hotel could significantly improve guest satisfaction by investing in a thorough deep cleaning, improving soundproofing, and enhancing security measures.

Service above and beyond.

I had an early flight, it arrived at 6am. I forgot to make arrangements for early check in. I called when I arrived. They sais they would do their best to get me a room early and that there would be a $40 charge. I arrived at 7am and i got a room right away. When I checked out I saw that they had waived the fee. I was able to rest and get ready before my event. Thank you fir the extra effort.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. The only down fall. Was the room next door partied till after 5 am. I spoke with the lady at the Front Desk a little after 10 pm. I'm not sure if she spoke to them or the guest did not care. Spoke the with lady in the morning. Asked if we could move rooms. It felt like it was falling on deaf ears, we just left.

It was very cold in Houston and my room was freezing. There was no way to turn the heat on in the room. The staff offered to move me to another room but i declined because it was late at night and i was tired and didnt want to pack and move. Blankets were provided, so it was bearable.
