Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible experience, broken AC, freezing temp, broken water heater, no hot water on the building, cockroaches, ants coming up from crack by the AC into the room, elevator broken, no maintenance to fix the problem. Request to transfer to another room, where it took around an hour waiting on the loby, and still no hot water. Couldn't spend the night, and left the place arond 10pm. Found put that they charged me an extra $ 24.00 for stainin a multiple times used dirty towel, was cut out of my $100.00 safety diposit. Am really disaponted, and upset. Instead of showing curticy toward all ad srvices an give a discount or reimbarice my reasirvation for a night that I did not stay, they charged me. This is apsolot scam. I may lost some money and bad experiance, but they lost repetation, and what value would a person or a buseness worth without a good repetatin and good experiances with their clints! I will never go back to this property again!
