My family and I habitually stay at Laquinta's because they are usually CLEAN and very comfortable and priced fairly.. However This stay was by far the worst Laquinta Experience we have EVER had!.. We got to our room about 930 pm and were ready to crash, we had some leftovers from the restraunt we had just left. We had a reservation and got issued our keys with no issues, when we got up to the room, it smelled musty, the Air unit was blowing air, but neither cool nor warm..and the power would not come on so we could not even adjust it. The fridge was not plugged in and it stunk!! So no where to put our food! I tried to call the front desk but only got an automated message, so I went back down stairs, the lady gave me another room no issue. I thought things would be better, but unbelievably the second room was almost the same, except everything was unplugged and nothing worked and there were large stains on the carpet. I returned back to the front desk to inform the lady of the situation and she again for the 3rd time gave me another room no issue.. I asked her do you guys normally keep everything unplugged and the A/C units not work...she said they were renovating.. the third room was again unbelievably almost the same, except this time the fridge was plugged in and worked, but not the A/C.. The Associate should have by that point given us a total refund! Not a good experience at all.. But It was very convenient, being so close to the Air Port and car storage center.

This is a good hotel at a good price. Very close to offsite airport parking. Rooms are a little dated but clean. Bed was comfortable but there are better. Front desk staff were nice and friendly.
