Although nice to have a free shuttle from the airport, it took 9 calls to have someone answer the phone to book it. When we finally got through, we were told the wait would be 10-25 minutes when it was actually around 45 minutes. This whole process set us back around an hour. As we chose the hotel based on proximity to the airport and the shuttle, this may not have been as convenient as we hoped. Otherwise, the hotel itself is good.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
This hotel is completely outdated lets start there! When I arrived to check in the young lady at the counter was in a video call with a guy while working which is very unprofessional. She's providing my room information while on the phone which is a security issue! The towels had stains on them, the furniture had chips and scratches all over them, I don't know what was louder the AC or the fridge!! Stains are all over the carpet and the tub didn't look like it was clean properly. You need to use BLEACH!! Someone's dog was barking and running against my door in the hallway! I didn't know dogs were allowed in hotels until I saw a family of 4 with their dog. Very unpleasant experience I didn't get any rest. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this location!!

The hotel staff was great. The overall quality of the rooms and breakfast was marginal. I stayed mainly because of there pet friendly policies, which is why I booked in the first time and why I extended my stay for a week. For the value other properties in the area probably would have been better with other amenities.
