Lovely 4BD /2bath, light & bright kitchen, formal Dining, New resort living . It’s in a quit family oriented neighborhood, therefore NO parties or gathering, no loud music or smoking inside, Charcoal grill available, Two car garage with security cameras located in the front and back of the house. Long and corporate guest stays are welcome.Access to the property direct from front yard and without trespassing or blocking neighbors properties.

Night Before Wedding
My bridesmaids and myself stayed at this property the night before my wedding. The location it took us to from the map was incorrect so we had a little bit of trouble finding the house and we did not receive any check in information at the time we were supposed to. That was resolved by a simple call to Ms. Linda who was very helpful. the house was clean and nicely organized.

Family Reunion
We went to Katy for a family reunion. We looked for a place and found caramel! It is very clean, nice and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and they were kind! Nice place for a family to stay and for a couple. I highly recommend this place give a 5 star rating for all the above!

Perfect House
We stayed here for a wedding that was out in Brookshire. It was super clean, cute and had everything we needed for our stay! Check-in was easy and although we didn’t have any problems, I feel like they would have been taken care of quickly. Great communication!

Very clean and convenient layout
The house was very clean and set up well for an extended stay. All four bedrooms are upstairs. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay, and with some traffic it was about 15 min from downtown Katy. I would stay there again next time we are in the Katy area.

Thank you for sharing your new house. It's nice, clean & spacious in a safe, new neighborhood. The beds are comfortable. Communication with the host was easy & prompt. We didn't use any other amenities (besides sleeping there), so my comments are brief.

Very Nice Place
Had I known, I would have booked it for longer. New house in new neighborhood. Decently furnished. You can tell they are still adding and making improvements since it's a new house. My bed was comfortable. Experienced owner. Easy to communicate with and accommodating.
