Not so good. We ask for WiFi password,never given to us . Pool was never opened, no explanation. Front desk clerk not friendly. Her name was Selena. We’ve stayed there in the fall last year and that’s why we came back and was completely a better stay.

Staff was especially friendly and welcoming. I arrived needing a restroom right away. Was informed that No “public” restroom available. Although I considered myself a guest and not public. Thankfully the staff expedited my check in to allow me to get to restroom. Only negative to speak of is the lack of maintenance. Door hardware in the bathroom in my room was destroyed. Fortunately I was alone and did not need to close it during my stay. Overall maintenance seems to be lacking.

Overall will not stay here
Th hotel was horrible, right from walking in it smelt of smoke and wet carpet. The room had no fridge, even thought my room was suppose to have one. I was told yes it was suppose to but only some rooms have it. The nonsmoking room stunk of smoke. I’m glad at least the customer service was good. Front desk attendant was so nice and accommodating. I use to live in Katy, this qualify was uncharacteristic of the area.

The worst place I’ve ever booked for a night, could not even stay up to two hours. The room ket was dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes, the floor was very dirty, dirty linen and towels. Please shut the place down if it can’t be properly maintained.

We had people above us that had screaming and stomping,running around etc…also the hallway our side of the room that it was on the hallway smelt of marijuana and we could smell it in our room. This was a very uncomfortable experience and I will never stay there ever again. I don’t have photos because it was an odor and the other things were loud noise above us and we understand that the people above us are going to have some kind of noise,but the noise we had to hear was to loud and very disruptive and disrespectful. I also don’t have access to the card I used because it was a temporary card but I have my debit card for my refund if it is refunded.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. I booked a room online yesterday, and upon checking in, I was immediately greeted by a strong, putrid odor permeating the entire area, akin to that of a decomposing body. Despite my attempts to overlook it initially, the smell persisted as I entered my assigned room. Regrettably, the stench was overwhelming and made the room uninhabitable. I could not bear to stay for more than ten minutes. In light of this unacceptable condition, I promptly approached the reception desk to address the issue. However, I was met with utter unprofessionalism and a refusal to accommodate my request for a refund. As a paying customer, I expected a comfortable and sanitary environment during my stay. The condition of the room and the lack of responsiveness from your staff failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I find it deeply concerning that my concerns were dismissed without consideration for my well-being or satisfaction. Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for my reservation. I did not receive the service or accommodation I paid for, and I trust that your management will take appropriate action to rectify this matter promptly. It is my sincere hope that steps will be taken to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar issues in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

Don't waste your money here
Terrible stay. Its in a bad neighborhood and the motel its self was filthy. They didn't clean the rooms daily. They wouldn't bring you clean towels, you had to take the dirty towels to the front desk and ask for clean ones.The first night there I wanted to leave and go somewhere else but they wouldn't refund my other 3 nights that I paid for in advance. And to top it off here on hotels.com the price is $65 a night but just going directly to the motel was only $50 a night.

Quiet. Great for short stay. Needs updating.
The mattress appeared clean, soft, and comfortable along with the sheets and pillows. The walls needed patchwork. The shower was an interesting shape, which the kids loved. The sink was leaking with a slimy liquid dripping out from its underside. The mini fridge did not work at all. We liked having a fire tv available.
