Will not use this hotel ever again.
Attitude of the staff helped with check-in was SO rude. There was no towel at all in the room, and the room phone was not working, and I had to go to the front desk to get towels.

Only one thing I was not happy: the room service ladies entered and cleaned the room although I already put a “Do Not Disturb” at the door knob. I just moved in this 104 room from room 109 the late afternoon before and did not need to clean the room the next day with the “Do Not Disturb” on door knob!

Overall we had food experience with our stay here. The only one thing I did not like is that the room get hot in middle of night. The room was hot when we arrived as well and it took some time to get cool.

Air conditioning and elevator was out. A lady who frequently stayed there said that was the third time in 21 days everything had gone out. Staff was rude, they also tried to charge my card a double deposit but thank goodness my card was locked. Housekeeping knocked on my door for cleaning, I asked them politely to come back another time and they proceeded to open the door while I was undressed. I told the front desk and the owner didn’t even offer an apology. The halls had dog poop in them on the second floor, and it took about 12 hours before someone came to clean it up. I checked out a day early because of all of the inconveniences and they wouldn’t even give me a partial refund for the day I decided not to stay. Good riddance with the place.

Our room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke and there was no other room to which they could move us. They came and sprayed something to help mask the odor but it wasn’t very effective. Tried to call front desk but the phone had no wires plugging it to the wall. The door the bathroom was almost impossible to shut them open. The overall cleanliness was poor. The breakfast was BARE minimum enough to say they had breakfast. Will not stay again.
