Family trip to Houston
We brought our grandkids to Houston, Texas in order to go to the Houston museum of natural science. The room was comfortable, but not very roomy. It did offer a refrigerator and a microwave. The mattresses were comfortable as where the pillows the bathrooms are a little dated and probably could use a touchup but we’re clean. All in all, I would recommend this hotel because the staff was very friendly and it had secured parking. It is near all medical centers and downtown points of interest. We enjoyed our time there, the grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool very much which by the way is an indoor swimming pool.

Stayed in the hotel for three nights. The room was clean and staff was very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable aside from the pull out couch in the suite, very springy and thin. The amenities like free parking and Breakfast were great. The only thing was the hot tub jets did not work. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The staff was great and super friendly. Breakfast was okay; standard but long lines for microwave. There should be more than one if you are serving biscuits that need to be cooked. I ended up eating mine 1/2 frozen. Location was great. We had a suite which was meh. The bathroom was very small for 5 people. The beds could be updated as they were lumpy. And there was not enough linens/pillows in the room for the pullout couch bed that also needs a new mattress. The staff is what made this hotel. I would book it again just bc the staff was super nice.
