Valet parking was terrible and please do not depend on shuttle service ! they were mean and rude and unreliable when it came to requesting transportation .. no housekeeping or room service to serve after hours . Front desk John was nice and front desk ladies were ok. Would not recommend hotel though . Also please confirm you have a breakfast package as it is not complimentary , Expedia also sucks, would not recommend to book through them , they had no urgency or desire to help with issue .

The best thing about this hotel is the Gentleman at the front desk, JOHN. He is by far the most professional, caring and knowledgeable person I have come across as a frequent traveler. We were disappointed with our room, he tried multiple times until he gave us a free upgrade that we did not even ask for and he was extremely understanding and kind, had to run up and down multiple times. The property is old and tired. Long black hair in the bathroom and the water in the shower didn't flow properly but honestly we did not want to keep complaining as we were afraid to create more work and headache for John as he seemed to be the only one who genuinely cared.

The hotel staff was friendly and able to accomodate to our needs. The shuttle service by the hotel comes in handy as we are catching a game at Toyota Center and we reached there on time thanks to the speedy shuttle.
