Disgusting room. Roaches EVERYWHERE, DISGUSTING fridge with food in it, no fixtures of any kind, not even a shower curtain. Nightmare. Didnā€™t even stay the second night I paid for. There was even stuff on the floor (pieces of trash, not dust)when we walked in! So we asked the front desk for a clean room and they told us that WAS clean.

Do "maintenance" issue was not able to stay the location but was not told about the issue until I arrive at 4 pm. Based on the number of people that left while I was working with hotels.com support it was not just a small number of rooms that were impacted.

I didnā€™t like anything other then semi clean shower , bed was ok air barely worked , ppl out loud late at night and the club on Friday night was super loud until nearly 4am door barely shut and locked had roaches I wouldnā€™t recommend it I only got it cause it was $100 for 2 nites now I no why

A total disgrace: animals eating on the floor of the parking lot and relieving themselves in front of the accommodation, extension cords in the reception area which was totally dilapidated, no electricity in the room, no air conditioning, a totally unhealthy room, insects everywhere in the room and on the bedding, an absolute disgrace which I reported to hotels.com.
