This property was absolutely disgusting. Room was dirty and had bed bugs. I didnā€™t stay here. And they refused a refund. I went to another hotel. When I called they said they wouldnā€™t refund me because I was still there. No I was there less than 5 minutes. This place definitely needs updated on Expedia because those pictures are not anything like the pictures posted. Shame on Expedia for offering this hotel.

Awful experience
This place was dirty and it doesn't look at all like the pictures shown on the website. I arrived and tried to go into the loby, and they told me to get out and talk to them through a window. I went to the window, and try to check in, but they had issues with the internet, and they told me to wait. After a while, I decided to contact hotels.com, and I told them the issues that I was having and that I wanted to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. Hotel.com try to called them several times and they never answered. Then, Hotels.com said that I could leave somewhere else and that they will fight for my refund. I left and booked another hote. After a while I recieved an email from Hotels.com saying that the hotel never answered the pho e and that they couldn't get my refund. I ended up paying for 2 hotels that day. Stay away from this place, and this will be probably the last time that I use hotel.com

There is nothing beautiful about this place , everything was dirty, place smelled moldy, walls had mold, bathtub was dirty, bed had dirty sheets, even that I stated that I had a child with me I was given an unhealthy room in general.

TERRIBLE! Run away as fast as you can!
The room smells terrible, moldy, black mold along the broken bath tube, the bathroom door won't close since it's tilted flying cockroaches that we have to zip all our luggages, the towels were brown, the pillow cases are grey, a broken metal bar with sharp edges stuck out of tge side od the bed scratched my husband leg...need I say more? We went back to the front desk to ask for a different room but the gut hidden in his room and won't come out. We waited for 20-30 minutes and had to give up because it passed midnight, a lot of mosquitoes around, and we have to sleep to catch our fly in the morning. A few people stopped by but left from the long wait. They told us all of the surrounding hotels are sold out due to flights delay. We had no choice but stayed put. We both woke up at 5 from headaches due to the horrible smell from the room. We traveled a lot but this was the worse EVER. They even changed my credit card twice so look at your account carefully. I rarely write reviews but this hotel needs to treat their PAYING customers with respect. We booked this because TRAVELODGE is a good brand but don't let the name fool you.

Unacceptable conditions
Super dirty room . Towels looked like the had cleaned the floor with them. The bed sheets had stains and were soiled. Stained with blood and mold. Bath tub was filthy Floors were not swept in bathroom . There were candy wrappers hair and dirt. I flagged down a housekeeper to show them the room.Travelodge needs to remove their name. Not to mention the noise and the television that wouldnā€™t turn off.
