Great house and amazing backyard
The house was great, the neuighborhood was quiet and safe. There are some minor maintenance issues like master bedroom bathroom door that get stuck on the frame and some very old carpets that should be replaced or eliminated. Also, it'd be nice to have more plates and glasses.

The property was exactly as described. It was located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Our host Dimma was excellent answered every question and went out of her way to accommodate us. We had 6 adults and pleanty of room. We would stay here again without hesitation

Beautiful home in a good location
The host checked on us by phone to make that we had everything that we needed and to see if there were any concerns. The house has a nice pool, plenty of amenities for being away from home, and the host is very kind. We enjoyed our stay and the house wasn't far from Houston.

Home definitely needs TLC. Rundown. Not stocked with enough paper products, such as toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towel. Older appliances; kitchen chairs broken. Inexpensive, uncomfortable furniture, beds. Good central location to many restaurants, space center, other points of interest.

When we arrived the neighborhood was nice and clean. The check in process was easy and efficient. Everything was just as pictured! Home was clean with a nice smell! There weren't so many rules that you couldn't enjoy yourself like some places, just the standard things to keep order. Host was pleasant and swift to answer questions.

This house is exactly as advertised. Super clean & comfy. WiFi, necessities to start your stay, pool/patio area was immaculate, beds were comfy and decor was very inviting! Check in/out process was easy. Owner emailed once we were settled to check on things, and was very responsive. Game room came in handy for my kiddo & when he had his teammates over. My only wish is that there was air flow in the garage, or we were able to open the garage doors since it’s summer. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home with pool.
We were 2 couples on a short vacation. This property was in a perfect central location to visit NASA and go to the Astros game. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was even nicer than pictured.

Pasadena pool house
The house and property was nice and clean, and perfect for our family of 4, but you could easily fit more. The backyard was great, I loved sitting on the patio in the morning with coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the pool much, it was a bit too cold for me, but the kids swam in it anyway and had fun! The owner was friendly and replied to any questions right away. I would stay at this property again if I came back to the area.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood
Loves this clean, quiet, simple space with just the right elements in the kitchen, garage and bedrooms. Would have loved to seen more simple toiletries (something more than just hand soap) but maybe that’s on me. I was curious about the neighborhood. The area was nothing fancy but it was quiet and safe.

Exactly as described!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is exactly as described, clean and spacious. The beds were all very comfortable and the pool was clean. I have used vrbo for the past several years and Dee was the very first owner who actually checked in on us to make sure everything was okay, I didn't expect it and it was very much appreciated! We were there the first week in August(very hot), the pool definitely came in handy! There was plenty patio furniture as well. The area was very quiet with plenty of stores and restaurants around. We visited 2 different beaches that were not too far. I would recommend this house to family and friends and would definitely stay here again if ever in the Houston area!

I booked this vacation months in advance. I never got to stay at the location as the host cancelled my reservation the same day I was to arrive. We were told the day before that the washing machine was not working and told we could cancel. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, but did not want to cancel. I was told a discount could not be granted. The next day (check in day), I received email stating my reservation was cancelled leaving us to make other arrangements which cost us more money on accommodations as well as now needing to eat out instead of cooking in a kitchen which is the main reason we prefer to stay in a rented house.

Literally Perfect
The place honestly was better looking in person. Pool was clean , rooms was huge and had no issues whatsoever. For this being the first rental house i booked i’m happy to book here. Will definitely come back and book again.
