House "Furuholmen", built in 1923, renovated in 2022. 17 km from the centre of Lavik, 36 km from the centre of Høyanger, 132 km from the centre of Bergen, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the fijord, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 9.3 km, supermarket 33 km, bus stop "Norevik" 600 m, ferry "Lavik" 8 km, sandy beach "Fagernes" 2 km pebble beach 100 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m, fishing possibilities 100 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
