Secluded getaway away from the beach. The villas and what they are is amazing the private pools are small but exactly what is needed on those hot days. The room did have quite a bit staining on the couch and curtains. Other than that very clean. Be careful and pay attention to the check or procedures to avoid costs and deposit is cash only

Nice and quiet villas but no service provided
It was nice and quiet pool villas but there was no service provided. Arrived early but not allowed to check in and you have to pay extra for early check in. There was problem with their communication system as I requested a shuttle service and it was delayed and ordered a floating breakfast and they forgot about it. No house keeping services, you even have to request to change your towel. The villaā€™s facilities were out dated and for the breakfast you could only choose one per person and no refill. The price was fairly cheap but I would not recommend it.

We booked to stay at Sivana Garden Pool Villas and were given a 4 bed villa at Sivana Hideaway. The oven did not work on the first night. Two bedrooms had to share a bathroom. Any communication in English was met with a terminated call. No attempt to say, cannot speak English.

the moment i stepped in, i felt happy & surprised to see how big is the villa. superb for family. if you drive yourself, it's a perfect choice. only one thing i would like to mention: water flow from shoer is slow. Me & My family we have enjoyed a lot.

Place is quiet and big. Good for family travelling together. But overall room is pretty old, and WiFi doesn't work. One of the shower only have brown water coming out. Doesn't have 24 hours reception, so if you are checking in late or early, you have to make prior arrangement. A big and nice club hosue in the middle.

No ironing board or iron available, though it mentions in the room description. Customer service was helpful thought. A little far from the city centre, but a great hideaway if you want piece and quiet.

Wir hatten eine 4 Bedroom Villa, welche an sich sehr komfortabel und vollstƤndig eingerichtet war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Leider hat uns Folgendes nicht gefallen: - Service an der Rezeption. Die Ɩffnungszeiten sind absolut inakzeptabel. Wenn man ein frĆ¼hes Checkout benƶtigt um z. B. rechtzeitig am Flughafen zu sein, ist das nicht mƶglich, da erst ab 09.00 Uhr geƶffnet ist. - FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck. Ist nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Auswahl, Fleischbeilage minderwertig, ohne Geschmack. Wir haben 4x FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck mitbezahlt, zweimal bekommen. Am letzten Tag hatten wir eine Vereinbarung, dass wir anstelle des bezahlten FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cks ein Take away Essen am Abend geliefert bekommen. Leider wurde uns das nicht gebracht. Wir haben somit rund 3000 Baht dem Restaurant geschenkt, ohne Gegenleistung. Fazit: Villas sind top, Service muss verbessert werden.

Huset var i okej skick. VƤldigt mycket flugor inne. Ena badrummet var sĆ„ fullt av flugor och en hemsk lukt av avlopp som gjorde att vi inte anvƤnde det alls. Men det fanns tvĆ„ toaletter sĆ„ vi anvƤnde inte den alls. Ɩvriga rum var okej. Poolen var toppen. Klubbhuset Ƥr fantastiskt. Den stora poolen fƶr alla Ƥr i fint skick. Maten Ƥr jƤttegod frĆ„n klubbhuset. OmrĆ„det ligger avskillt frĆ„n mycket annat, det Ƥr tyst och lugnt. OmrĆ„det Ƥr vƤlskƶtt och fint. Fƶr en lugn semester sĆ„ Ƥr detta ett perfekt stƤlle.
