Family vacation
This was one of the best vacations we have ever gone on. Clarence was always really quick to respond to any questions we had. The room was comfortable for our family of four and the resort was beautiful. The location was perfect as we were close to the pool and the hot tub and the private resort beach. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend staying here.

Close to everything…
Having been regulars at SML we were familiar with Mariners although we had only dined there. Our stay at Mariners was for a wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our grandson enjoyed the pool and the beach while others played golf at the resort. The course is quite challenging and is in great shape. The dining options were varied and all food was well prepared and exceeded our expectations. We very much enjoyed the porch having coffee each morning and being greeted by deer, ducks and other wildlife.

The place was very clean and was a great location right on the water. View from the patio is slightly obstructed by the large roofs for the boat docks. Other than that, it was perfect for us.

Great place to relax and enjoy Smith Moutain Lake. This ground floor unit provides easy access to the restaurant, store (new), pool and docks. Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend, and look forward to return again.

Great Vacation Spot!
Wonderful place to stay - lots to do. We took advantage of the Beach, Pool and Lake. Rented a pontoon for one day and stayed out on the lake all day. Condo area was great with the Pool, Beach and Fire Pit at night. Went into town a couple times and look forward to coming back. Golf course looked like it was in good shape, but did not get to play on this trip. Condo was very nice and clean and loved the porch area.

Great Location
The condo is updated, quiet, and accessible to all of the amenities at Mariners Landing. Having a beach, a pool, and a restaurant on the property made vacationing with a toddler much easier.
