great place for family get together
3 families of our extended family stayed here for my mother-in-law's funeral. It was the perfect place for us to all be together on a hard weekend.

Great Stay!
My family had a great experience here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The manager was quick to respond and made sure we were taken care of. We appreciated the special touches like providing coffee k-cups, snacks and water bottles for our stay. I would recommend stocking a few additional blankets for winter since the bedding isn’t very heavy. That was the only issue for us. We would definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and provided enough space for everyone. The entertainment was appropriate for guests of all ages. The home was warm and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The stay was a perfect stay for family traveling near and far.

Peaceful Bliss
My family and I stayed here for a not so pleasant occasion. We all wanted to be together and help each other through this difficult time. We are a rather large family and let me tell you it was amazing having all the space to be together. Everyone kept commenting on how nice it was to be able to all stay in one house together and how the space was such a blessing. Phil, the owner, was great as well. If you are looking to stay in the area and wanting a beautiful house to accommodate any size group then look no further. It has a fantastic layout and the basement was full of games for all. I would highly recommend staying here. The house and setting are absolutely breath taking! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Phil!

Perfect Family Retreat
I live in SC but have extended family in Griffin and Newnan GA. This house was the perfect location for a home base while visiting everyone. My family of 5, my sister’s family of 4 and my mom spent a wonderful Thanksgiving in this cozy home. The area was so picturesque that my husband didn’t even seem to mind hanging out with my family. :) The kitchen was great for making Thanksgiving dinner though the single oven proved a little challenging for timing the turkey and casseroles. The layout of the house was fantastic with a nice bonus that the kids had their own living room/playroom providing the adults the opportunity to relax and visit. The playroom was even stocked with games. The owners also added some very nice touches which took our stay to the next level with dishwasher packets, laundry packets, snacks, waters, and a variety of coffee and creamers. There were also plenty of towels and blankets. My family said this house made for the best Thanksgiving in years. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This is a beautiful home with lots of space. We used this home for the bridal party's accommodations because it was spacious and the wedding venue was 15 minutes away. It was easy to check in, contact host, and the check out process was easy. Multiple living spaces, an office, pool table room, empty space, bathrooms, etc. If you're looking to eat and cook at the property, that is sort of con. There's a huge and beautiful kitchen, but it's pretty empty. The only dishes are/were in the dishwasher, with pots/pans in the pantry. It's not loaded with cutting boards, knives, blender, etc. typical kitchen supplies.

This spacious house with many bathrooms was perfect for seven women gathered for a "mini reunion!" Everyone had a bedroom and bath and the living room/dining room were perfect for gathering to eat and talk. We enjoyed the patio most evenings as the fall weather was great for lingering outside until dark. Mainly well equipped (do suggest a large coffee maker and potholders/dish towels in the kitchen) and conveniently located to Peachtree City and Senoia in Fayette County.

Beautiful Georgia Get Away
This VRBO was probably one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed in! It is located on a wooded property and we all loved having our very own bathrooms. We loved the space, the extra laundry facilities, and especially all the beautiful rooms. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here again!

What’s lacking.
The house is beautiful and very functional with some minor exceptions. You need to add pot holders and kitchen dish cloths to the kitchen. We had to use bathroom towels to take hot dishes out of the oven which is unacceptable. Also you need a gate by the garage when you load and unload a vehicle.

Peaceful setting with convenience
We chose this property because it seemed to have a peaceful setting but was still close to amenities we wanted access to. Owner was very quick to respond and helpful. House was nice and tastefully decorated. It was more space than we needed, but with all of our schedules being so different, it accommodated that nicely. We really enjoyed the patio and living room areas. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and games available. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property- squeaky clean, and I’m a clean freak! Phil was very communicative and responsive. Beautiful home! There were even snacks and water welcoming us after our red eye flight when nothing was open. We will stay again if we’re back in the area. Such a great experience!

Words can not explain for beautiful this property is!! Everyone was pleased. My family can't wait to book another stay there!!! Phil was so nice! He always responded in a timely manner and he was nice enough to allow the kids to have a water slide in the back yard! There were snacks and water waiting on us!!! You will fall in love with this house!!!
