Al parecer el establecimiento estaba bien, en el medio de la cuidad, con espacio guardado para la moto. La habitación se parecía a una cueva, encontramos uñas y pelos en los baños. El agua estaba fría, aún que el hotel hace la publicidad de agua caliente...no había cortinas y el agua de la ducha no se evacuan bien entonces todo el baño estaba una piscina, lo que es muy inconfortable cuando quieres ir al baño sin los pies mojados! Nos dijen que el check out estaba a la 1 de la tarde pero al medio día, un tipo entraba en nuestra habitación sin tocar a la puerta, se fue sin discurparse y el establecimiento no hice nada después de nuestra notificación. El personal es amable pero para nada resolutivo.
