New & Pretty Vacation Home for Family and Friends

Beautiful, two level house with a high fence in the back for your privacy and security. This house is located in a gated community; the eastern part of it, has a nice beach, ideal for sunning and enjoying wonderfully relaxing, located in the east coast of Puerto Rico. It has everything you need for a real nice vacation. It is a magical place - an enchanting retreat located about 60 Km. from the capital, San Juan and about 45- 50 minutes driving from the International Airport Luis Muñoz Marin in San Juan. In addition to our beach, at less than 30 minutes away from the house you may visit other beaches such as Seven Seas in Fajardo, PR, Luquillo Beach in Luquillo, PR and The Rain Forest in Luquillo, too. About 10 minutes from the house you can visit The Palmas del Mar Resort. There you will find a Hotel and Casino, a golf course, tennis courts and you can rent a boat to go fishing or to know about the smaller islands. Also you can rent boat in Fajardo area. You choose it and we have it! This one story house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. One master bedroom with queen sized bed. Other 3 bedroom has queened sized beds inside and other bedroom with three 2 pool out twin beds. Garage for two cars, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable and spacious living room, alarm, TV with cable TV and WI-FI !The pool is out of this world ! It starts at 3 feet on the shallow end and goes up to 6 feet on the deep end. The house has a BBQ gas or charcoal with a nice table for six chairs, in the terrace near the pool and six more high chairs. ! An amazing vacation is guaranteed in this home! Three bedrooms in the first floor and two in the second. Three and a half bathroom, two and a half at the first and one in the second floor. The pool is a really great one, the kitchen is very spacious and full equipped. Air Conditioned in all the bedrooms and the living room ( that cover the living and kitchen area); is just waiting for you and your family or friends.

The house was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was exactly as presented. The location is central to shopping and restaurants. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. I highly recommend this place for families vacationing. Thanks for sharing you place with us.

Great stay!!
The place was very clean, well organized and welcoming. The listing doesn’t do this house justice because the pool space is bigger than it looks on in the picture and it has wonderful outside dining. There’s a decent sized yard and the rooms were great! The listing pictures need to be updated so the size and space of the room can be shown. One of the bedrooms had different beds than in the picture. I think with updated photos then this would’ve been 5 stars.There is no hot tub and when I booked it said there was but I believe it was translation issue. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and safe community but it’s hard to get around without a car and that was one thing my group had a hard time with. It’s very hard to get Ubers. But there’s a great local taxi service that is easy to get rides with. This space is very family friendly and the house had a crib available! Definitely would book again I would just would also get a rental car. During our stay the beach was not accessible but the pool made up for it. There is a beautiful mountain near the beach i definitely recommend going up there the view is breathtaking!!!!

Place and pool were amazing. The home was close to shops and restaurants. My family and I had a great time. Had an issue with the power going out after a thunderstorm which resulted in one of the ACs not working in the bedroom but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Bath tub issues
The bathroom tub had a low spot in the middle that was lower than the drain. The rubber mat put in the tub combined with the low spot made for an unpleasant stand on dirty mat and dirty water from other users and yourself. The instant hot water when connected created hot water too hot for the skin and using the cold water only was too cold.

Loved loved our stay in Villa Palmira! Things i would update/change. Bigger coffee machine. We had 4 adults drink coffee. Take terrace pictures off the listing, add short walk to private beach. Add a futon bed for 2 people in the large area upstrairs. Add a TV also. Make up for the 2 beds that are listed and not provided in the listing. Or change to 10 people. We really loved our stay. We meet some nice neighbors and Mrs Hernandez was very nice and helpful. We even got to bring a dog home!

We enjoyed our stay our favorite part was the pool we made drinks and swam and relaxed by the pool. There were a few minor issues but the host helped fix them one of the rooms that was supposed to have a queen bed ended up having a bunk bed but we didn’t sleep much anyway. For the price it was great.

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had!!! The house was super clean, and the owner is kind! It is a place accessible to restaurants, family activities, malls - everything!!! It also has walking access to the beach and the best of all is that you don't have to leave the house at all. The residence's pool is clean and luxurious!

Definitely not the place you want to stay
This house was in a run down neighborhood in a gated area! The house itself was dirty, there was no hot water, the AC in the master bedroom did not work, the pool was cloudy, the faucets in the bathrooms were broken, the pots and pans were great and handles broken. We contacted the host after we found the mattresses with bodily fluids all over them, he came to the property. When we began to show him or concerns, he told us to leave and that he would refund our money. We wasted a day, fortunately we found another place the next day. Stay away from this place!!

If there was a zero star option it still would not represent the horrible experience this was. The woman managing the place said she has anger issues and didn't like that we complained about bugs, stains on bed covers, brown stains on mattress, and no AC. When she came to "see" the issues she stopped after being shown black dirt that looked like mold, she didnt want to see the stains or the smashed bugs on the walls. She said she heard enough and we could just leave. She said she works a full time job and she was tired and didnt want to deal with all this complaining. She said she has already started the cancelation and we had to leave. We couldnt stay even if we wanted to. By now it's close to 11pm and we are searching to find a hotel.We have 6 kids with us all under 13yrs old and 5 Adults looking for a place to stay the night.With no access to wifi. We spent zero nights in that place. But instead of refunding us,like she said she did, they went into my Vrbo acct and changed our dates to make it look like we stayed 3 days. I am still fighting for my refund. It's over a month now. Vrbo said I am entitled to a full refund but everytime I call they say they are waiting to hear back from the Owner. Do not stay with any of this owners properties. And as of Right now. I will never book through Vrbo again!! All that needed to be done was turn on the few ACs that they had, clean the place and remove dirty and stained linens and mattresses. This is just a side job to them. Worse time

The property is absolutely beautiful the pool and patio is so relaxing, the host was very friendly and communication was excellent the beach was steps away the house sleeps 12 very comfortable every thing was nice we stayed a week and enjoyed every day

We felt that the check in process did not work well as there was no walk through to deal with our concerns upon arrival. The pool lounge chairs were nonexistent and the chairs around the outside table were in very poor condition and some actually broke while we were sitting in them. There were no tea towels or large bowls and no hot water at the sinks in any room only the shower had hot water so a little frustrating when doing dishes. The pool was excellent and we loved using it and the bedrooms were okay and the air conditioning worked well. Our contact for any questions or concerns about the house could not speak English which made communication a little difficult. We did get a few new chairs which definitely helped but that was after one of the chairs broke off the pedestal. All in all we did enjoy our holiday and the people that live there in Puerto Rico.
