This property don’t have elevators which is so inconvenient for older adults. They offer assistance but they expect tips for something you can do by yourself if they were having elevators. In addition, it’s extremely expensive and they have lot of charged after your stay. The GPS is not showing the exact location for this property. We spent 4 hours trying to get there. 👎👎👎

The resort is very nice although far from most places. Shuttles were available but only within the community. They offered a complimentary s’mores kit but unfortunately the fire pit wasn’t in service. Pool was big and they it had a “hot tub” next to it. Overall a good experience deficient would go back.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Grounds were well maintained. Pool was very nice. Bed comfortable. My only complaint was housekeeping was lacking. Did not come until after 5 pm or not at all. Could be they are understaffed but regardless not acceptable.

Wonderful experience.
Our (myself & my wife, and a friend in a separate room) whole stay experience was really good - thank you. The check-in staff were really helpful, and the parking shuttle driver was very kind. After checking in, we found a water leak in front of the room entrance door, and the front desk staff immediately assigned us new rooms and helped us relocate. The service provided for the welcome drinks, dinner and breakfast was very good.

The property was good for the price but I recommend staying closer to San Juan as transportation can get expensive as everything to do is in San Juan area

Property was very nice but the beach looks no where near the picture in the website. Seaweed covers the beach. The beach maintenance technician only there once in five days.

Great staff at Reception desk, drivers out front, and at restaurant. The only negative is that many restaurants outside of the property were closed due to no electricity. Also some excursions were cancelled because that side of the island lost power.

The staff was very friendly. Every hostess, member of the wait staff and bartender were very attentive and courteous. The Costa pool was the highlight of the property . Costa pizza was good and the breakfast at Trova was great . What would have made it better would of been if the reception when we first arrived would of informed us that breakfast was included we didn’t know til our final day there which was unfortunate. The Boho Sunday party was interesting but a bit unorganized, but me and my wife enjoyed the people watching anyway . Room was ok , sounded like construction going on with the sounds of drills and hammering above us . Unfortunately the bathroom shower had hair on the walls but everywhere else was clean . We would definitely return for another trip .
