The space
Welcome to our Catskills Oasis home. Whether you are here to strap into your skis from the patio, and experience a true ski in/ski out experience at Hunter Mountain, or just want to enjoy the peaceful Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain areas, you will be taken care of from booking to checkout.

Our newly renovated 1 bedroom home has a california king bed in the bedroom, a leather queen pull out couch that sleeps two, and two separate rollaway beds located in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom has a shower and hotel quality towels and linens. There is a full kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven and electric stove, washer and dryer in unit, microwave, toaster oven, cofeemaker, and high speed wifi (500 MB) throughout for remote work.

We boast an open concept floorplan with a living room, dining area and kitchen that is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We have all of the necessary cooking supplies, utensils, and spices. The TV's in the living room and the bedroom have Roku, and all of your favorite streaming services, as well as Pandora.

The patio area accessible by glass door has chairs to watch the stars and a BBQ to have a cookout right in your backyard on Hunter Mountain. We offer our guests a picnic basket, with a blanket, tent, and fishing equipment so you can enjoy many of the lakes in the area.

Walk down to the Hunter Mountain zipline, or Kaateskill Club and Spa. We are a 10 minute walk away from Dolan's Lake, which has a beach and lifeguard on duty, as well as fishing during summer months. Restaurants, bars, and concert halls are all centrally located within 15 minutes of the property. Finally, there are many lakes and state parks that offer hiking, fishing, and swimming within a 20 minute drive of the property, feel free to ask us for recommendations!

A beautiful cozy stay ☺️
The condo was extremely inviting and a beautiful residence! You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the region and was extremely accommodating with local guidance and recommendations. We look forward to returning when there’s deeper snow so we can enjoy the slopes that are just outside the door!

Had a great stay!
My partner, dog and I had a great stay! The place is well furnished and so cozy. The bed was SOO comfortable! We loved coming back from hikes with the dog (a number of them were super close) and sitting on the patio just looking up at the mountains. Even though it’s in a complex, it felt very secluded and quiet. We’ll be back!

It was a short three hr ride. Check in was great the house was impeccably clean and close to everything especially a beautiful creek we went to every day. I would definitely go back. Also for the winter it is ski in ski out. The bed was also a king and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

This gem of a place is a perfect place to spend a weekend away from the city to either explore the beautiful surrounding areas or get away and do some studying (which my partner did). I love that it was dog friendly, and the bed was very comfortable, as was the shower after a long day hiking. Plenty to do in the area and you’re located right on the mountain. Can’t wait to go back!
