HB Livin!
Very nice property with new applances and spacious. Listed as a 2 BD but had 3. The first night was a little ruff as the second family had a baby that kept the old timers in our group up but that did not seem a problem thereafter. Overall, we enjoyed the place and were very happy to locate a spot near the beach and shopping. Definitely would book it again with a party of 4.

Perfect Family Weekend near the Beach
Enjoyed a wonderful long holiday weekend with my adult children in this lovely spot in Huntington Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and so close to everyplace we wanted to go to including the beach.

Nice house
Overall was a great rental. Host was very easy to get ahold of. Came stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint was that i didnt know the patio in back was shared. Didnt cause any problems but wouldve liked a heads up. Would stay again!

Perfect for us!
We spent a very busy long weekend in California visiting colleges so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities here (pool table/ patio). However, the accommodations were very clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, including laundry soap for the washer/dryer. There were even beach chairs, body boards, and a beach umbrella and wicker mat for us to use. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and the location was great with access to stores in a quiet safe neighborhood. There was also a parking space for our car. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time at this property, it was clean and very comfortable. Only down fall for me I was unable to get the national news I'm accustomed to. Other than that it was great.
