Perfect Huntington Beach Getaway in Surf City! Close To Pristine Beaches & Pier!

Newly remodeled beach getaway in a quiet family neighborhood. Every detail has been nicely appointed with granite countertops, solid bamboo flooring, and designer yet comfortable furnishings. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious with lots of natural light, and can easily accommodate 4-6 guests.

The home is a guest house located above the front section of the main house. A stocked kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation is conveniently open to the living & dining areas. There is a laundry room with a brand new full-size washer and dryer. All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens are supplied. There is plenty of street parking, even on a busy summer beach day.

There is a gated, private separate entrance and a private enclave front patio, furnished with an outdoor dining table and seating for 6, and a propane heater and barbeque. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided upon request.

One block away is a shopping center that includes a major grocery store, an organic market, several fine and casual dining restaurants, a FedEx Office Print and Ship Center, hair salon, and many other shopping options.

Guests are able to walk, drive, or take a five-minute uber ride to the beach, pier, or to Pacific City for the nightlife.

Huntington Beach wedding weekend
In town for family wedding with 6 adults. P.roperty is lovely, weather was one of the few ugly hots ones, but property stayed pretty cool, despite the no a/c overnight,(there is a/c in the day). full size fridge and everything you would need for a weekend getaway. host was responsive and cool. Beautiful Beaches was a short ride away, I highly recommend this place the Huntington Beach House for casual dinner and drinks sunset right at Beach blvd & PCH

I would highly recommend Michael and his place.
Unfortunately due to a family emergency we were not able to attend our stay. Although we were unable to cancel our trip for a refund, within minutes of messaging Michael and letting him know, he called me. He was so kind and assuring in letting me know that he would help me in anyway he could. A few weeks later, I needed a letter from him to submit to the trip insurance. Within 1/2 hour he had a professional letter drawn up and signed for me to submit. Although I didn’t get to see or stay at the property, I can only imagine with Michael’s responsiveness , the property is as advertised!! Thanks for the help sir !!

Fantastic stay
We loved our stay. Michael was by far the easiest, most accommodating host we have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Highly recommend this property. For our family of 4 it worked perfectly and the location can’t be beat.

You need bikes!
Thank goodness we checked location before our trip as bikes were our main mode of transportation. We loved the property, Michael was quick to reply when needed and checking in was simple. House has great patio with BBQ and dining area. Clean, comfortable, well appointed kitchen (does lack a regular oven - we made do with the toaster oven provided) would stay again.

HB hideaway was great!
The neighborhood was amazing and friendly. The home was clean spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the den and patio. The driveway hangout was the best. I looked at so many rentals and could not remember all of the accommodations for each place. The absence of a stove upon moving in was a surprise, but found a portable induction cooktop later that day. We are grocery getters and cook every meal (yes, even on vacation), so it changed our daily meal plans. Not a huge deal. We definitely made due and it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. He sent us a todo list and nearby attractions (including grocery stores) when we asked. Very helpful and friendly. Overall the place was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is 5 star in every way. Very comfortable, clean in a great neighborhood. It's very relaxing to come "home" to after being out and about. Fabulous place to stay right in Huntington Beach
We had a wonderful stay, the place is beautiful, clean, well equipped and so much better than we expected from the pictures. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to Main Street. We were really happy to have some private outside space with a BBQ.

Amazing rental in Huntington Beach!
We had a fabulous 10-night stay at Michael’s rental. It was perfect for our family of four. Great location, well-stocked, and Michael was a great host. We were there for a softball tournament. It’s only a few miles from Huntington Beach Sports Complex but it’s even closer to the beach. We highly recommend this rental!

The pictures don't quite do this property justice - it was redone a few years ago and it is beautiful. Well stocked, has all you'd need. Great location and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear and Michael was easy to work with. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Great location, perfect for a small family
This was the perfect space for our beach vacation! It's so close to the beach, downtown Huntington, and lots of other shops/restaurants. The living space is pretty small, but that was okay since we mostly just slept and ate breakfast at the house. That said, the house really had everything we needed: lots of towels (both bath and beach), nice dishes, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. I only had to ask for more dishwasher pods and Michael dropped them off by the front door that same day. We were provided with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and great sand toys that we put to good use! My two young daughters shared a room and there was just enough room to put the pack n play at the foot of the bed. I would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed here before, and were headed down for work. Checked and it was available for the dates we needed. Three of us. Plenty of room. Extremely clean and well kept place. Perfect location to restaurants. Super communication! Will look to stay here again for sure when the need arises.
