Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is very quiet that I thought we were the only ones on our floor. Everything was walkable & safe around the hotel. The lounge area outside & inside is very comfortable.

Went to 2 different bars located in this hotel, could not get served, finally 37 minutes later our drink order was taken, at 10pm I wanted To order food, the bartender did EVERYTHING before handing me the menu! Waited 10 minutes just for him to hand me a menu! Will NEVER stay here again! No welcome package! Nothing!

The beds were wet and there were long dark hairs on sheets. Staff members were friendly and moved us to a new room. It was very late by the time we realized the beds were wet and an inconvenience and gross. This is not the quality expected from this hotel.
