Modern mountain luxury home with seven bedrooms, seven and half baths, all bedrooms have ensuite baths and walk-in closets. Four king beds, seven queen beds. Built in 2023 with over 5000 sq. ft. and three levels of luxury living. Relax in the hot tub. Have some fun and laughs with the pool table. OR, just relax in a beautiful home! Closest to Snowbasin!!

Main level has open floor plan, chef’s kitchen, pantry, huge island that seats five, formal dining that seats ten, family room, mud room, half bath and owner suite. Tons of windows with walkout to outdoor living area including patio, grill and hot tub. Enjoy the amazing views of Snowbasin and Mount Ogden. Access the three-car garage with one extended bay for a boat trailer and heated ski storage.

Upper level has four bedrooms (one has three queen / full bunks), four baths, laundry and large family room. Kids and grandkids get their own private spaces. The views are amazing with a wonderful view of Pineview Reservoir and the Eden Valley.

Lower-level has huge family / entertainment room including large game table and pool table. Two bedrooms, two baths and second laundry.

Take full advantage of all the local activities; skiing, hiking, biking, boating and dining. 8.1 miles to Snowbasin, 14.5 miles to Powder Mountain, 5 miles to Pineview marina, .6 miles to boat launch, 4.8 miles to Pineview beach, 11.9 miles to Table Twenty-Five (25th St. in Ogden).

Fantastic Family Christmas
Large home with bedrooms that have private baths. This home was great for my family to gather and celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed the large kitchen with island. The large dining table was great for meals and playing games. We soaked in the hot tub as we watched the snow.
