This brand-new modern property has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 22 guests in beds. Cook dinner in the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (with pebble ice!), or barbeque by the pool at the outdoor kitchenette. Enjoy the family room with an 86” smart television with comfortable seating for the whole family. The three main bedrooms each have 65” smart televisions. The private pool has a built-in spa with beautiful lighting and comfortable loungers. The kids will love the game room with 2 arcade games a Ps5, a Ps4, and a Switch! And once you see the rooftop deck, you won't want to leave! Sit in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, play shuffleboard, or just relax and enjoy the amazing views. We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for our group. The instructions were easy to follow. Everything worked great. Unfortunately there was a windstorm and sand got in the pool because we had been told to open the cover so that the rain didn’t puddle on the cover. We especially like the barbecue the spa upstairs and the fire pit. It was nice having the community pool across the driveway. Parking was a little difficult because we had four cars and there isn’t a whole lot of places to park. But we figured it out.

This property is a dream for a big family/friend stay. 17 beds! They were so cofmortable. The outdoor spaces are so nice. Checkin/checkout is a breeze. You are super close to the clubhouse and the garage is so nice to be able to park in. Inside, the entertainment and thoughtful touches like extra bedding, towels, and ice machine is so wonderful. It was very clean and the management company was super communicative.

Best vacation home!
We brought some of our kids & grandbabies for Easter weekend and had a great time! The pool was heated and the house was perfect! We loved all the bedrooms and the kids loved the bunk bed room and especially the game room and video games. The location was great and we took advantage of the pickleball courts and played baseball in the park. We will definitely come back! Absolutely loved it! Perfect family house!

Grandma's Camp 2023
This was a great place for our annual Grandma's Camp. The pool was a life saver. Fun spaces for getting away from the crowd as needed and large gathering areas to be together. The Large pool for the complex was right across the street, through the garage, but the grandkids just stayed in our own pool and had a great time. We took side trips to Jenny's Canyon and the petrified sand dunes. We went to the St. George Temple Open House, which was lovely. Great place to spend time with Family.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Elim Valley. The house was more than big enough for our family of 11. It was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the spa and pool. If the weather had been a bit warmer I think we would have really enjoyed the rest of the outdoor space. We would suggest that instructions be given for the use of the spa and pool and the fact that it is on a timer. Also, instructions on using the induction cooktop would have been helpful. It took us a few times cooking on it to really figure out how to use it, but that did not stop us from enjoying the house. The location was great! We spent a couple of days at Zion NP, a day at Bryce Canyon NP and a day at Snow Canyon State Park. We had a great time! Thank you to the hosts for responding to our text message when a small issue came up.

I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals over the years and this was by far the best! All the comforts of home were included ! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable as well as the linens . The location was perfect for our days spent at sand hollow! Parked our side by sides in the garage and rode right to the trails from the house. This will be our go to house every time we visit! This home is located near the dunes so please don’t complain about the sand on the deck it’s hurricane Utah it gets windy! The pool and jacuzzi’s were clean and easy to use. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Sand Hollow !
